Matthew Funderburk
A native Charlottean and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Matt co-founded OnSite Real Estate Advisors in 2015, after a 15 year commercial real estate career at The Chambers Group. Matt has successfully assisted national retailers such as Verizon Wireless, Pieology, Carter’s and OshKosh, AC Moore, Culvers, Yankee Candle, Massage Heights, 7-Eleven, Porter Paint, Goodyear Tire, Hardee’s, Ace Hardware, The Vitamin Shoppe, Napa Auto Parts, Harbor Freight Tools, Le Creuset, Lifeway Christian Books, Leslie’s Pool Supplies and Primrose Schools with new store site selection. He has also helped many local and regional retailers expand their business into multi-location corporations. He is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, and a member of the ICSC.
Grey Hanna
Grey co-founded OnSite Real Estate Advisors in 2015 after 8 years at The Chambers Group where he focused on site selection for retailers and developers on the east coast, completing transactions in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Delaware and Ohio. After graduating from West Virginia University in 2002, Grey moved to Charlotte and was employed in the financial industry before moving into real estate. While earning his MBA in real estate development and finance at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, Grey was self-employed and also worked with a local land developer that focused on large residential land subdivisions.
