Caitlin Gaiewski

Caitlin is resident of Douglas Massachusetts but grew up in Scituate RI for most of her life. She is a RI School of Design graduate and realized that being stuck behind the desk, alone, was not the right fit. She loves meeting new people, enjoying new experiences, and making the most of every opportunity.  Caitlin become a Realtor because she wanted the freedom to control her own destiny and stop depending on corporate America. She prides herself in customer service and the ability to gain trust among all clients.  She answers and returns every phone call and every email. She is a licensed Realtor in both MA and RI.

Caitlin is engaged to her fiance Chris. Their favorite past time together is listening to live music, of any kind, preferably the small local musician. In her free time, she loves getting involved in any kind of art project including jewelry making, furniture refinishing, and pottery and of course enjoys relaxing with friends.

Damon Tyler - PMP, CISA, ePro  

Damon is a resident of Mendon is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, technology project manager, and life coach. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bryant University. He has spent the last sixteen years managing hundreds of high tech projects. As a new resident to Blackstone Valley, Damon has made a commitment to build a team of professionals that intimately understand and positively impact the local community. He can be trusted with the most intimate of details and believes that privacy and confidentiality has the utmost importance in client relationships. It is also important to Damon that he makes time to actively participate in youth ministry as well as support local not for profits such as Compassion New England.

Damon is most likely to be found with Teresa, his wife of fifteen years, or hanging out with their daughter Quinn.

In his spare time, Damon also enjoys outdoor sports, photography, collecting antiques, history, woodworking, the arts, and anything hand made.

He also enjoys building teams of local experts that work together to provide exceptional customer service.
